Kingston IronKey Vault Privacy 50 series are premium USB drives that provide business-grade security with FIPS 197 certified AES 256-bit hardware-encryption in XTS mode, including safeguards against BadUSB with digitally-signed firmware and against Brute Force password attacks. VP50 series is also TAA compliant. Because it is encrypted storage under the user’s physical control, VP50 series are superior to using the internet and Cloud services to safeguard data.
Vault Privacy 50 supports multi-password (Admin, User, and One-Time Recovery) option with Complex or Passphrase modes. This enhances the ability to recover access to the data if one of the passwords is forgotten. Traditional Complex mode allows for password from 6-16 characters using 3 out of 4 character sets. New passphrase mode allows for a numeric PIN, sentence, list of words or even lyrics from 10 to 64 characters long. Admin can enable a User and a One-Time Recovery password or reset the User password to restore data access. To aid in password entry, the “eye” symbol can be enabled to reveal the typed-in password, reducing typos leading to failed login attempts. Brute Force attack protection locks out User or One-Time Recovery passwords upon 10 invalid passwords entered in a row and crypto-erases the drive if the Admin password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row.
To protect against potential malware on untrusted systems, both Admin and User can set Read-Only mode to write-protect the drive; additionally, the built-in virtual keyboard shields passwords from keyloggers or screenloggers.
FIPS 197 certified and TAA compliant, organisations can customise and configure VP50 series drives with a Product ID (PID) for integration with standard Endpoint Management software to meet corporate IT and cybersecurity requirement through Kingston’s Customisation Programme.
Small and Medium Businesses can use the Admin role to locally manage their drives, e.g. use Admin to configure or reset employee User or One-Time Recovery passwords, recover data access on locked drives and comply with laws and regulations when forensics are required.

Refund Policy

If you would like to return product(s) to us, please read the instructions listed. Online purchases must be returned within 14 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packing and accessories. You have to contact us within fourteen(14) days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a store credit or exchange (May be subject to postal charges). If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. It is crucial to understand our Return Policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item(s) back to us. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

Warranty and Claims
Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Many of brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or their contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or customer services department stating your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and details of the problem.
International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
