ALE EM200 EXPANSION MODULE
The EM200 Expansion Module is designed to expand the functional capability of your SIP phone and to improve your work efficiency. The EM200 contains a 5-inch color LCD interface, as well as contains 20 programmable hard keys and 3 virtual page keys which allows you to extend up to 10 virtual pages and 200 virtual keys. Besides, The stand of the EM200 is adjustable with 2 angles, the same as the stand design of the Myriad series, which makes it seamlessly compatible with Myriad series SIP phones. It can be connected with M3, M5 M7 through USB type A. The EM200 Expansion Module is a powerful productivity-enhancing tool for receptionists, administrative assistants, and contact center workers.
The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise SMART Expansion Module EM200 is a stylish desk phone accessory, which extends Alcatel-lucent Enterprise Myriad DeskPhone’s functionality.
EM200 is specially designed for administration, receptionists, secretaries, and other customers who have more telephone services at the same time. Taking the benefit of 20 built-in hard keys and big color LCD with up to 10 virtual pages, users can set different functions associated with the hard keys like speed dial, which improves productivity a lot. EM200 is fully compatible with M3/M5/M7 DeskPhone.

1. Some of the programmable keys’ functions depend on a desk phone’s capability.
2. When a desk phone is powered by an ethernet cable, only one EM200 can work.
3. If a desk phone is powered by an external power adapter, the desk phone can connect 2 pcs EM200. To connect the 3rd EM200, please connect the power adapter to one of the EM200s.

Refund Policy
At Simply Wholesale, your satisfaction is what we strive for. Therefore, if you are not happy, we will persevere until you are 100% satisfied.
We realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned - a product may be defective, you may have received the wrong item, or perhaps you have just changed your mind.
If you would like to return product(s) to us, please read the instructions listed. Online purchases must be returned within 14 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packing and accessories. You have to contact us within fourteen(14) days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a store credit or exchange (May be subject to postal charges). If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. It is crucial to understand our Return Policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item(s) back to us. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
How to request a return for wrongly described or defective item purchased at www.simplywholesale.com.au:
STEP 1.
Please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item via our online contact form or by Contact Us section stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and details of the problem.
STEP 2.
Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

Warranty and Claims
Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Many of brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or their contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or customer services department stating your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and details of the problem.
International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
